Passengers & collectors can reach us as follows on the day of travelling:
Arrival: earliest 1.5 hours prior arrival (Europe: 1 hour prior arrival)
Departure: earliest 2.5 hours before departure

On departure, arrival or during a connecting flight, an staff member will accompany you throughout your journey at the airport. He or she will guide you, provide travel tips, and help you drop off your baggage and pass through the security checkpoints as quickly and smoothly as possible.
